Nevada Foreclosure Laws and Information

According to Nevada Foreclosure Law, the lender will go through a process known as non-judicial foreclosure. The Nevada Foreclosure process does not require court action from the lender. When the deed of trust is initially signed it will contain a provision called a power of sale clause- which allows the trustee to sell the property in order to satisfy the defaulted loan and recoup any possible losses. Nevada tax sale allows for tax lien investing although some counties only conduct tax deed sales.
